We offer both delivery and in store pick-up options when purchasing from us online.
Delivery is calculated based on the volumetric size or weight of the product and the delivery destination.
It usually takes 1-3 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays) provided all products are in stock at the time of order. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within the said period, we will let you know as soon as possible.
We understand that when you order a product online, you want it delivered as fast as possible. That's why over 90% of approved orders for stocked products are dispatched from our store immediately after payment has cleared.
For large and bulky items we have a range of specialist couriers on call to get your product to you.
We're located in Nairobi County, so if you're ordering from outside Nairobi Region your product will take at most 48 hours depending on your location.
No matter how big or small your purchase, we will always use a trackable delivery service to ensure you know exactly where your products are at any time.
We have competent riders to deliver your orders within 2 hours in Nairobi region, and for orders outside Nairobi we have partnered with reputable couriers, namely; Wells Fargo Courier, G4S Courier, Bolt Service, Kenya Posta, and some Matatu Saccos. You may also arrange for your own convenient delivery means.
Is it free to pick up my order from your stores?
Absolutely! We do not charge handling fees on your order, so you will not pay anything extra to pick up your order from of our stores.
We will contact you to let you know that your product is ready to be picked up. This is usually within 2 hours of your order.
Warranty & Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you would like to change your mind and return an item. We allow returns within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, but please note that a restocking fee may apply.
Please note that the returned product must be in its original condition and undamaged packaging including all inserts, pamphlets, CDs, manuals, cables and accessories. Products that were purchased on a "No Return Basis" are not included in this guarantee.
